I am a certified and accredited Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, also known as tapping) practitioner, and I am also certified as an Emotion Code (EC) practitioner. One of the greatest joys in my life is seeing people set free from toxic thoughts and patterns, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, sadness/lethargy, and negative self-talk. I love to witness them experiencing the life-changing cognitive shifts that can result from our sessions together. Using EFT and EC, I listen to you and meet you where you are. By gently matching your pace, we’ll discover the most effective and efficient technique to address your issue and help you regain clarity about it, and to be able to maintain stability and consistency.
There are a wide range of issues that can be addressed with EFT and EC. Many studies have shown EFT to be effective in helping to relieve stress symptoms, fearfulness, anger issues, shame, guilt, sadness/lethargy, pain, phobias, and negative self-talk. Additionally, emotional trauma, cravings, relationship issues, parenting, financial blocks, and spiritual issues can also be addressed very effectively.

A number of studies have been done on the efficacy of Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) since its creation about 30 years ago. Here are a few of the samples:
A 2016 review of 20 EFT studies found that it reduced extreme sadness/lethargy in a variety of populations and settings.
In an EFT study done in 2019, participants experienced significant decreases in stress symptoms, worry/fear and lethargy/sadness , as well as a significant increase in happiness.
Research from 2016 found that the tapping technique was highly effective for relieving worry/fear symptoms.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as ‘Tapping,’ uses fingertips to tap on acupuncture points while discussing an issue and its emotions. Developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s and based on Chinese Medicine, this gentle technique neutralizes painful emotions tied to difficult memories, bringing calm to the body and mind by releasing energy imbalances. Similar to clearing old files on a computer to improve performance, EFT clears limiting beliefs and stuck emotions, allowing clearer thinking and a more balanced perspective. Many clients report relief and new insights, feeling renewed and at peace after sessions.

The Emotion Code (EC) is an energy technique that uses muscle testing to find and release trapped emotions, which are unprocessed emotional energies from past negative events. Unlike EFT, which uses conversation to uncover specific past events, EC focuses on identifying energy imbalances using muscle testing. These trapped emotions can block love and happiness and lead to physical and emotional issues. By releasing them, the body can reset itself. EC operates on the principle that everything, including our bodies and emotions, has energy, which can become imbalanced and cause discomfort or turmoil. Emotion Code can help people without having to go into the painful memories.
A friend (M.D. from WA state), asked if Emotion Code could help her little dog, Baxter. Little Baxter seemed stressed all the time, had been throwing up after eating, and had digestive issues.
Using muscle testing by proxy, I found that he had trapped emotions of indecisiveness, insecurity, terror, shock, and failure, all of which were released. A couple days after the session, my friend reported “Baxter is doing better! He experienced a significant clearing of his digestive tract, is much happier, and hasn’t experienced the rumbling in his tummy that he had been having. There is no more throwing up. Instead of being stressed, he seems content and relaxed. Almost a year later, Baxter is still happy and free of digestive issues, and he no longer throws up after eating.”
